In this particular video for OML, we decided to present the SinterGrip product in an alternative way, portraying the small object as a true hero embarking on a journey.
We aimed to showcase the product in an unconventional manner while still providing the necessary technical explanations and clearly communicating each of its unique features

The SinterGrip product was developed to meet the need for clamping a workpiece with the smallest possible gripping surface (with SinterGrip, only 3.5 mm of clamping), for the following reasons:
to allow complete machining of the workpiece in a single setup (especially on 5-axis machines);
to save on raw materials, particularly when their cost has a significant impact (such as aluminum, titanium, etc.).
In addition, SinterGrip allows for optimal use of both the machine tool’s performance and the cutting tools:
higher cutting speed + higher feed rate
= greater chip removal volume
= shorter machining time
= greater chip removal volume
= shorter machining time
Thus meeting the market’s demand for secure clamping that prevents workpiece deformation.
